Another absolutely amazing experience. I showed up at Elite Auto without an appointment, right before Christmas, and they were busy!!! As busy as they were, both Mike and Carly not only accommodated me, but they also remembered me, and my family, and made a point to ask about them. That went really far with me. I am obviously not just a customer to them. Anyhow, not only did I show up with no appointment, but they took care of me and had me on the road in a little under an hour. Thank you to Mike, Carly, and Ruth for always treating me like family. I even got to meet both of the Owners, Jim and Kate. I can't say enough good things. If you are looking for an honest, ethical, family owned, and operated repair shop, than look no further. These guys are the best. As a side note: there are always exotic cars parked out front that elite specializes in. I have a Toyota. These guys work on EVERYTHING. And....they treated me and my corolla like I had a Porsche. 100% class operation all the way around. Thank You Elite!!
