Had a GREAT experience at Elite Auto. As one who is perpetually late but lives and breathe by my calendar, I almost missed my appointment but they were great about getting me in and out in just a couple of hours. Mike is super friendly and helpful and their diagnostic text updates and friendly thank you card and email really help you feel like they care. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your vehicle's needs.

I booked my appointment online and confirmed a few days later and it was verified. That may seem like a small deal but it's impressive how many businesses have a calendar to make an appointment and actually do not set the appointment in their calendar. Staffing is awesome. Love that they have female mechanics. I arrived early and was taken care of no questions asked. Great people.....great service.

Elite is always prompt in setting an appointment time. The work is done correctly. If it takes longer than is convenient, they give a free loaner. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with their work, they correct it immediately and at no cost. They are wonderful!
