Briana is flawless at customer service. Ruth is kind, professional and extremely helpful, speaking in terms that are not high-tech. I understood every mechanical issue. The mechanics get the problem fixed THE FIRST TIME! I have never had to bring it back. The dozens of times my car has been serviced there have been a great experience. Elite is the best auto care in Rhode Island. I recommend them to anyone!
