I noticed my car was having some problems on my way to work. I pulled in to Elite and they looked at my car immediately, provided a loaner car and had my car ready with the repairs completed the very next day! Could not be happier that I chose Elite. Thank you!!

To who it may concern: I recently selected Elite Auto Services in Warwick, Rhode Island to perform some restoration work on my original 1981 DeLorean sports car. I can espouse a very positive experience…. Most important, I hit upon a highly talented “professional” service center. Their technical team is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and computer savvy. I sense that they are capable to work on any vehicle with confidence…. I have owned many autos (MGA, TR-4, Porsche, XKE, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, et al) and I’m impressed with Elite Auto Services. Excellent service from scheduling an appointment to completing the services needed. Extremely knowledgeable team I am glad to have gone there verses directly with Porsche. Great follow up after the services. Just all around satisfied look forward to returning in the future!

I cannot rate high enough. From the time I arrived at Elite, I was greeted immediately and taken care of. They are fair, honest and offer loaner cars for the time they’re working on your car. I can’t say enough, but it’s the only place I will be going to from now on. Thank you everyone at Elite!!!!

The entire experience was professional right from my initial call to set up an appointment with Ruth. The facility is very clean and the staff very engaging. Mike described the vehicle inspection process and how they would be sharing images and video on what needed to be done and how they would rank the importance of any discovered issues. After a few hours they came back with their findings and as Mike said, everything was clearly laid out and explained. ( Full disclosure...I did a YouTube search on some of the items listed as I've seen how auto service shops can...exaggerate on what needs to be done. Elite was honest and accurate with the issue and cost which was refreshing). Had a chance to meet the owner Jim as I was cashing out and he personally thanked me for my business and wanted to make sure the service and experience was to my satisfaction. 1st class operation all around and I will absolutely be back again when I need service for my vehicles.

Great service and food

While vacationing in Rhode Island this week, my tire warning light went on...not what you want to see on a stormy day driving in an unfamiliar area. The staff at Elite Auto Repair were courteous, professional, honest and were able to fix the problem for a reasonable fee and had us on our way in a relatively short amount of time. I do not live in this area but if I did, I would use this shop in a heartbeat...a true gem! Thank you Mike and the entire Elite Repair team.

Owning a 1999 Saab can be a challenge but the Elite team not only diagnosed an impossible starting issue but repaired the problem much quicker than I could have had it done elsewhere. The staff is knowledgeable and professional; a completely pain free experience!
