From the emailed professional car report evaluation, with detailed description and videos of the problem areas, to the amazing courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service from Carly and Ruth, this family run business is an honorable place to bring your ailing automobile. My estimated repair cost was over $5,000 for my 2011 BMW 535 xi. My dilemma is do I trade the car in or repair the car. I am still going back-and-forth with that decision but they patiently dealt with all my phone calls (5) and gave me sound advice. I’m thankful my son recommended Elite to me. Fixed a nail in my tire for free and even washed my car. When it was time to replace the tires they gave great advice and I have tires for my Alpha Romeo Gulia that ate better than factory. They even picked me up and dropped me off at my office. Thank you Elite!
