For all of these many years of service, it has been consistently convenient, timely, friendly service - and work that is well done. Elite has kept our cars up to date and running smoothly. Service is comprehensive and typically includes advice on repairs and maintenance to improve the safety of the vehicle. It provides me a lot of piece of mind.

My 15-year-old car received and extremely thorough and efficient evaluation. I was provided information on what needs to be addressed immediately and what needs to be addressed in general. The staff at Elite Auto did not pressure me with what needs to happen. They provided me with all the information, have been available to answer any questions I may have, and are being respectful of my decision making process. (I am not sure if I will be putting more money into my car, or beginning the process to look for my next car.) I highly recommend Elite Auto to anyone looking for quality, efficiency, and thoroughness when it comes to their car and its maintenance.

I will NEVER go anywhere else. Jim and his staff bailed me out in a middle of the work day flat tire situation. They got me in & out quickly, plus, they treated me like family. I can’t stress the customer service aspect enough. They’re unbelievable. I had to be on a stressful conference call for work & instead of going outside, they put me up in their break room, closed the door & gave me a Red Bull and the WiFi password. These guys are the best. SERIOUSLY, I will never go anywhere else & will recommend them to my family. Thank you!

I had my Audi Q7 repaired at this shop as a referral but each time my vehicle was serviced something else went wrong land malfunctioned repeatly..I discontinued to bring my vehicle here and resume back to the dealership and no additional problem exist..so I given this shop another chance an Lo and Behold the exact same pattern started to occur again....this is not a honorable place to have your vehicle repaired and I truly mean this on so many level!

Great service friendly staff and theyll get you home in a loaner or with a ride. Not even a complaint but if you come here, know that if you have a check engine and ask them to diagnose, it's a flat fee of 140$. I see too many reviews complaining about this when it's the reviewers fault for not being aware. They're upfront about this when you bring the car dunno how people were caught off guard. The fee is worth it as their service is top notch. If you have a FOREIGN car that you dont trust with many people, forget that worry. Feel comfortable and bring your Porsche, BMW, Mercedes here. Theyll take care of it and you.
