As always, my experience was outstanding. What was unusual this time, aside from the fact that I brought two cars in, was the level of detail of information I received. We talked about individual dampers and individual tires and how many more miles on each, etc. This was very useful in helping me manage the car safely and efficiently. It's especially critical as I race these cars on weekends. Thank you guys! (And thanks for the special morning treat, Ruth!)

I have 25 years experience in the auto industry in car dealerships. I've had nothing but good experiences when taking either of our vehicles there. They actually found a front suspension problem created by a local Lexus dealership that previously did a major collision repair that was driving us crazy and causing the car to pull to one side and wear the tires out prematurely. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have had my cars serviced at Elite for over 10 years. They are fair and honest and I know that when I take my car home from being serviced there, that the work that my car needed was fixed correctly the first time.

After MONTHS of back and forth to the Lexus Dealership troubleshooting a “weird noise” my car had been making I finally decided to seek an alternative for my repair shop. My car was still under warranty and I had always taken it to the dealer for service so I wasn’t sure of who else to go to. After doing some research online I found Elite Auto Repair and gave them a call.. and I’m really glad I did! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night for Thursday service and by 11:00 the next day I was called with a diagnosis on my vehicle. Within a few hours the technicians at Elite had found the problem that I had previously brought my car to Lexus for about 6 times over the course of a few months. The work was done by the end of that day and Stacey and Carley (who are both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional) kept me up to date with the status of my car the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the result and I will definitely be bringing my car back as well as referring clients and friends. Thank you to everyone at Elite Auto Repair!
