Already wrote review.... $300 was the most money ever spent on an oil change and undercarriage inspection
Hi Mike, Thank you for your feed back on our services, I would like to respond to your 3 star review. when you came in your cars lights were flashing and you asked us to check why, we said we didn't know why but we would be glad to look at it and we asked for a 1 hour diagnoses of a 127.00 and you said you guys are too expensive. Did you expect us to work for free? you had a choice, next you told us some guy did a brake job and your brake light was still on and he told you there is a special computer to shut it off. we told you a 2001 MB S-500 doesn't have that technology and it wasn't that. Again you said how much to fix and we said we don't know we will have to do some testing and the cost of 127.00 and you once again complained about our prices, did you expect us to work for free? than you asked us how much is our oil services and we said depends on how much oil we use and usually around 150.00 and you said that's too expensive but do it. in the end you left the car with us to check why the brake light was on and do the oil change and that you needed a ride. you knew the price leaving us. you had a choice, when my driver drove you to your destination all you did was talk poorly about us and our prices, but yet you has a choice. (that driver was my daughter) when you picked up your car you were questioning our prices even though you knew it when leaving it. you said to me 9.00 for a quart of oil?? my response was yes we use the best oil that are capable of 20,000 miles between oil changes that is a European spec that is approved by Porsche, MB, BMW and more. If you go to auto zone and buy mobile 1 that is american spec and only capable of going 7,500 miles it will cost 7.50 our price seems ok.... when we did your oil change the last guy who did it crushed the oil filter to make it work because it was a 1/2 too long. wrong filter for the car. maybe a cheaper oil change too! as far as the brake light on diagnoses we found that the guy who installed your brakes broke the sensor or maybe didn't even replace it. was the reason why your brake light was still on despite they just replaced your brakes. so in closing as the business owner I must say we do everything possible to service our customers with the UT most respect, honesty, and we do stand behind our work. so in this case I do appreciate the survey response but I don't see anything we would have done differently. Over 20 years in business and over 3500 active customers I would say we do a pretty good job. Sometimes you have to say maybe we just aren't the repair shop for you. we do our best to keep our customers happy. Thank you for allowing us to earn your business.
