I have brought my Mercedes E350 to Elite on several occasions. The staff is always professional and courteous. From basic oil changes, brakes and and most recently, a thermostat, the service is always 5 stars. I also love the clean car inside and out when I pick it up! My mom now has her Acura serviced by Elite and she always thanks me for the recommendation. Truly a good, honest local mechanic.

Always excellent, efficient and friendly

Elite Auto is the most professional, honest garage I have ever been to. They have never failed to quickly diagnose and correct any problem I have brought them, and they have never exceeded there original estimate. (In fact there have been several occasions where they charged me far below what was originally agreed upon) I moved to the other end of the state about 3 years ago, and still commute back to them for all my repairs and maintenance. There’s nowhere else I would even consider taking my vehicles.

I was looking for a place that was not a (overpriced) dealer to service my Mercedes E350. They gave me a price quote over the phone and it was the identical amount when I paid. They even washed and vacuumed the interior. I would definitely recommend them and will be back.

So far so good. Did an inspection and going back to have them perform the necessary repairs. Stay tuned.
