This is my second service appointment at Elite Auto. The whole team, especially Ruth, made everything easy. I trust that elite will do a top quality job on my Volvo, but I also trust they will be honest with me. Confidence in the relationship is 90% of a successful business. Elite Auto aces that!!

I requested a thorough evaluation of a used car that I had considered purchasing. The assessment was very thorough - and helped me reach the right decision NOT to purchase that use car. As always, Elite mechanics were VERY comprehensive. I've been a very satisfied customer for years.
