I dropped unannounced as I was driving by to schedule a state inspection. It was a Friday afternoon and the bays all had cars. Despite that, they said "no worries, we can do it now w/o impacting other customers." I was in and out in 30 min, spent talking cars with the team. What a pleasant experience! Thanks guys!
