I dropped off older Audi that needed struts ,I had my own mechanic look at it and also a 2nd ,neither wanted the hassle of dealing with an old car with rusted struts,I dropped my car off at Elite and picked it up at the end of the day , fixed and drives great .....lesson learned Elite doesn't pick the easy repairs ,they do take care of customer and get them on their way.......Thanks Elite

Fantastic service! First of all every single person I spoke to, smiled, and listened to what I had to say. Their customer services trainer is outstanding.
Second the work done to my car was exactly what I needed, no more and no less at a very affordable rate. I came in to have the handle replaced on my Sequoia's back hatch. The dealership down the street wanted $800 to take apart the door and fix it. Elite did it for $250 and in less time.
I am a customer for life!
