Wow these guys are incredible. They fixed major problems in my 2017 Mercedes Benz e300 that’s even Mercedes dealerships themselves couldn’t figure out. I highly recommend them they are the absolute BEST!

Great customer service and responsive communication

I was referred to Elite by my regular mechanic as they did not have the equipment to diagnose and repair my vehicle. I was met with great customer service from the moment I walked in . My repair was done quickly, and quite affordable. The technician also pointed out a problem I knew I had but was waiting to resolve, they even sent a video msg explaining it. I had them fix that as well. So in all I had 2 somewhat major service calls done for what just the first one would have cost at the dealership.

Always great service! Staff are very thorough, fair, professional, and welcoming. To make the experience better, they're very kind people, also, who care about the well being of their clients. Love these folks.

I scheduled an oil change with Elite and before I even dropped my car off they asked if I would need a ride back to my home. A very nice service that they provide. They do a complementary inspection and send pictures right to your phone. They give you an estimate for the repairs but there is no pressure to have the recommended service done at their facility. I ended up buying some to tires and left with peace of mind that the car was in good order.
