The following was my review that I have been trying to post on yelp. I have been a customer of Elite Auto Repair for about 4 or 5 years now. I currently own my second Lexus and have been bringing it here for all my services. I've always had great experiences here. They are honest and always provide me with important information and suggestions about my car. I was so happy with their service over the years I even bring my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee here for most services. They make me feel important and care about my business. Ruth at the front is great and so is Bobby. I am getting my windshield replaced today and getting a state inspection done. I have not picked up my car yet, but I am confident enough that all will be great and that is why I posting this now before I even get my car. Elite is cheaper than any dealership I have ever dealt with and is much more knowledgeable. They may cost a little more than other repair shops, but I would rather pay an extra few bucks and get the job done right the first time, and they always complete the work when they say they will. I can also say that the windshield replacement is going to cost me less than what Safelite quoted me. They also stand by warranties. I had to replace my tires and the ones I purchased came with a warranty. I had a bunch of problems due to our wonderful RI roads and they replaced three of them in the course of a year and never charged me a penny and they even cleaned my car each time. They also provide rides for when you do not have a way to get there. Hope this review helps. I like them so much, that I just joined yelp today to do this review. This review was posted yesterday, but I did get my car and once again perfect service.
