I dealt primarily with Karly who is a phenomenal communicator. My repair was pretty costly but necessary. I was given updates on other optional fixers needed but zero pressure. I got my 2008 Mercedes SL550 Hardtop Convertible back cleaner then how I dropped it off and trust me that’s saying something. Most importantly I got treated like a favorite family member and that’s priceless!!

The Dealership gave my audi a $650 75,000 mi check and recommended 5500 worth of “necessary” repairs even though no warning lights were coming on. I took the car to Elite and they did the same inspection for 75.00 and found nothing wrong with the vehicle. I would recommend anyone going to inskip to ditch them and go to Elite! Honest friendly and efficient
