Received a text message, indicating it was time for synthetic oil change and other typical checks for Mercedes-Benz GLC. Made appointment & brought my vehicle down in the morning and everything was completed by mid afternoon. Elite Auto explained exactly what they were doing and did it for the price agreed. It was very simple and very uneventful and priced accurately.

My experience here was great from the moment Carly answered my phone call about a car service. She was kind, quickly answered my question and was so knowledgeable. Elite Auto was able to swap out my rims and tires flawlessly, where other shops turned me away afraid to ruin them. Elite Auto did a great job, they were honest, and gave me confidence on the road knowing my car was taken care of. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!
