I called Elite on the recommendation of my regular mechanic, as he was unavailable. It ended up being an emergency, as my car died on the road. Elite looked at my car right away, ordered the part, and had my car back to me in a day. That was really important to me, as this happened the week before Christmas. The repair wasnt cheap as it was a specialized part, but they gave me an accurate quote so there were no surprises. Would 100% use them again.

Fantastic service, promptly notifying when my car was ready to be picked up. The offer to be picked up up or dropped off is great, as well as finding my cars exterior was washed of the road salts was amazing
