I chose to bring my car to elite auto for an oil change because I know I am going to get the best service and I can trust 100% that I will get honest work done on my car. In addition to the oil change my tire pressure light was on, and they checked my tires and reset the Warning light Free of charge. I received an email with a complete assessment of my car. This is the only place I will bring my car. Additionally, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, everybody is so polite, friendly, and professional.

I chose Elite auto based on a google search and review that I read. I needed a 100,000 inspection done on my 2017 Audi A4. They got me in within a few days of me calling. The day I dropped it off, within a few hours they called me with the results. I needed a few things done, they were very thorough in their description and sent me an emailed copy with pictures of the things that needed attention in order from high to low priority. I was happy that I had the photos and the full description to see for myself what was needed. They offered to do the work, which I agreed to. It took about 2 days to complete and although there was a small hiccup along the way (car needed an alignment after broken spring rod was replaced) that wasn’t included in the plan. They called to notify me and after our discussion they offered to do the alignment complimentary because I had already agreed to do all of the work they suggested. I felt that the lines of communication were very open and clear. I am happy that they were professional and my car was in and out within 2 days. I will definitely return and I highly recommend Elite Auto repair if you’re looking for an honest place to repair your European car.

Sam did a great job at communicating the needs of my 2003 Miata. I asked them to do a comprehensive inspection and they went right through the car and told me everything that it needed. I didn't feel any pressure to do things that weren't needed. I would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job with the work and I would hesitate to recommend them anyone that has a German or Japanese car.

Sam and the team helped me track down a fuel smell on my 2006 Land Cruiser that turned out to be rust on top of the fuel tank. They took the time to properly diagnose it instead of guessing, and walked me through what they were seeing. They also didn’t rush the repair. The fuel tank wasn’t easy to source and had a longer lead time, but they tracked one down and ended up getting a silver coated tank that’s much more corrosion resistant. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to find a better long-term solution rather than just installing whatever was easiest. The work was done carefully, communication was straightforward, and pricing felt fair for the scope of the job. I left feeling confident the repair was done right. I’d definitely go back.
