Let me start off with saying that they are exceptionally helpful, patient, honest, and polite here. They answered all of my questions and they even had a mechanic come out to my vehicle with me to take a look underneath and answer some questions I had about the brake lines that they installed. Most places never even let you speak to an actual mechanic. When they diagnosed the issues with my van when I first brought it in I was sent a link to a vehicle report with pictures to document and back up everything they were saying which in my opinion is amazing. This way you can physically see exactly what they are talking about and can be assured they are not "making up problems" just to charge you. They were very thorough and detailed in the report and gave a breakdown of how much each repair would be. They even gave me a free loaner vehicle to use while they were working mine because I live about 45 minutes away from them. I have a 2004 T1N Mercedes (Dodge branded) Sprinter van and not a lot of people know how to work on them. They installed new front brake lines which came out ok except that they did not replace the old broken clips that hold the line in place. They also tried to help out with my door locks while it was there without charging me an extra fee which I am very grateful for. When the van went in to have a bad injector replaced they promised to take care of the brake clips. Unfortunately while trying to remove the injector which was stuck due to carbon build up they sheared the injector off in the engine due to the force and tools being used, so the brake lines did not get corrected. They had called Mercedes to find out better options to use to remove the injector but Mercedes said they could not help them acuire the tool needed. They informed me the only fix for the broken injector is to replace the engine ($9000). Knowing that this was not my only recourse I refused that and am having it towed to a place that has experience in this. Elite has promised to fix the issue with the brake lines if I am able to get the vehicle up and running again which I found to be a fair deal. They ended up waiving the fees for the work they did on trying to remove the injector which I also thought was fair and I was grateful for that because the fix is going to cost so much more now if it can be done. All in all I would come back to have work done here but maybe not on my old Sprinter van. I would still recommend them overall as I found them to be very helpful and professional overall.
