I had a great experience with Elite Auto Repair. The online booking and key drop process was extremely convenient, making everything simple from the start. The staff was courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. They performed a complete breakdown and inspection of my vehicle and sent all the diagnostics directly to my phone, which made it easy to understand exactly what was needed. The repair time was quick, pricing was fair and reasonable, and the communication was excellent. It’s hard to find an auto shop this organized and trustworthy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

What an incredible team of people here. I had a major failure on my company cargo van which required removal of the transmission. These guys had the job diagnosed and completed within 2 days!! This is the only place to touch my vehicles both company and personal.

I will not be returning. The supercharger coolant hoses were leaking, and you replaced those along with the coolant and expansion tank cap. Although those repairs were necessary, that clearly did not fix the problem. After picking up my vehicle, I drove approximately 16 miles before it overheated on the highway at night. This is the exact issue I brought the car in for: overheating. I am now taking the vehicle to an Audi dealer for proper diagnosis and repair.

These guys are pretty good. I'm basing that on the cost of the service I have had done there and their knowledge of foreign cars. Had a real performance issue with my Audi and AI gave be 4 possible reasons but as it turned out it was none of those. They figured it out and the car has been running great since.

Professional, organized, honest, efficient. I dread mechanics and ice never had such a positive expertise. I will definitely be returning.
