Less than Elite. Called for a quote never got back to me;call for the second time never got back to me. Lost my business.

Hello “MK nukie” I’m sorry you feel this way and depending on what the quote was we do not like giving quotes over the phone especially on items that have been diagnosed by other shops or even the dealers. We do not fix anything on a vehicle based on another shops recommendations, because we have learned in the past if we were to fix something that was recommended by another shop and that fix be wrong. You will not be angry at the shop that diagnosed it, you would be angry at the shop that fixed it. For any BMW owners who are skeptical of taking their car somewhere new, do not be afraid to try this place. Yes you may read reviews they are pricey but with a pricey car comes pricey parts & labour. My poor car took on a pot hole and practically limped into their shop on life support. Not only were they upfront about the cost of repairs they tried everything in their power to not allow my bill to get to unbearably high. Unfortunately some extra parts had to be purchased, (no fault of their own, thankfully they took on my jokes with stride & laughed with me about it) Not only did they go above and beyond to help out and extremely pregnant mother to be they worked with my schedule and made sure i had a loaner available and delivered my car right to my job! They made payment options a breeze and thankfully under all the stress of our car being out of commission and and extremely unexpected bill they kept me from being too stressed out so i wouldn't go into labor 😅. Thank you elite for taking such good care of us & getting my car ready for the arrival of our little bean!

Highly recommend Elite Automotive. Work always done as scheduled and for the quoted price. No upselling unnecessary services. Since my car is usually in NH and I have an irregular schedule, it’s not always easy to schedule service but Elite always finds a way to fit me in and gets the car out as promised. Quality shop that stands behind its work.

I have always been pleased with the service Ive received for my Mercedes Wagons at Elite. Very honest shop to deal with and no upselling unnecessary services. Scheduling has always been great considering I have a irregular sechedule and the car I have serviced spends most of its time in NH.
