Carly, Sam, and the team at Elite are a prime definition of what the dealership experience should be. Even dropping off at 8 am I was greeted with a positive attitude, informative service, and even offered a ride home. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work, turnaround time in some tricky diagnostics, and overall communication with the staff tenfold compared to other dealers. They worked with my warranty company to try all options before talking pricing with me and even then we tried different options, and I couldn't be more content with the outcome. I will be definitely returning here for any work like this and sending anyone with troubles this way as well. Thanks again!
