Another great service experience; inspection plus some planned for work. All went well. Elite mentioned discovering some issue from their prior work and fixed problem (of which I was not aware) no charge do to their own work warranty. Never had that happen before.

Made it there just in time. Chain of events lead to engine overheating spraying coolant over engine after alternator seized and fan belt came off. Got my wife back on the road to her destination in a loaner.

This was my first time at Elite and we will definitely be returning in the future! Jim, the owner, takes time out of his busy day to get to know you and answer any car related questions! The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Their assessment process is thorough and every detail is explained to you verbally as well as provided on a print out. The experience was better than the Lexus dealership! I would highly recommend this repair shop!
