They take the time to explain the situation in simple terms, using photos to illustrate needed repairs. The facility is incredibly clean and conveniently located. The prices are extremely reasonable. Elite did a full inspection of my car then made recommendations that include gradients to let you know which repairs are needed most based on possible safety issues. You can pick what service you want done based on these recommendations and only get the work done that you want done. No pressure from Elite to have work done that may not need to be done right away. You can have the work done at a future date or at another facility if you want. Elite will always make sure that the work is done to your satisfaction.

Super helpful got my car in and out in a day with some quick and necessary exhaust work Sam was great in getting me in quickly and Carly helped with shuttling me back and forth. Unfortunately Jim wasn’t there that day, but his family is keeping up the great reputation. Thanks again!
