I have a 2009 Toyota Landcruiser purchased as a used car from a dealer in 2020. You never know exactly what the history and condition of your 'new car' is -- until you take it to Elite and have them do a thorough diagnostic of your vehicle. Elite goes through your car from windshield to tail-pipe documenting every major system and irregularity they find. This documentation is presented to you in an accessible format, it includes photos! that allows you to put together a repair plan that makes sense for you and your budget. The work I ordered was completed in a timely manner. My car was returned to me washed and dusted. I would absolutely recc. Elite Auto Repair would get 10 stars from me. I’m not from the area as I am from Virginia but came into town for a concert. After the concert I got a nail in my tire. I was able to put a spare on to make it to the hotel. The next morning I went to 3 different places before elite (as they were closer to my location) to try and get my tire fixed to get on the road to head back home to Virginia. NONE of the other shops were able to help me as they said it would take them hours to plug my tire. After explaining my situation to Elite they offered to help right away! They were super polite and professional. Not only did they drive my car right in to fix it they also put my spare tire back in the correct spot! They had me in and out in no time. I had no issues with the tire on my 10hr drive home! Thank you to the Elite staff for helping me get home! You are greatly appreciated

This is a well run business with the owner present and professional. I especially appreciate the advice on safety and efficiency. Honesty seems to be a virtue practice here. What a treat for us customers.

As always work is top notch, however what was once a nice “treat’ of having your car cleaned and washed is now not an option for my wife and I because we prefer not to use airport car wash …. Guess I wonder if Jim would run his car thru their wash?

Hands down the best and most trustworthy auto shop around, this is the second time I have brought my 2021 rs5 to them and they are great with keeping you updated on the work being done and getting it done as quickly as possible, I will absolutely be bringing my car here instead of the dealership from now on!
