Once again Elite Auto Repair, Inc did not disappoint. They took good care of my Porsche Cayenne GTS and me as usual. Even washed and vacuumed her for me after servicing her for some new brakes. Honestly cannot express how awesome the team is over there. Customer service is top notch and the communication, attention to detail and honest work they do is unparalleled. I won’t let anyone else touch my car. Big thanks to all the Technicians who helped inspect and take good care of the new parts on my whip, Jim the owner, Sam, Carly and Bill my chauffeur for all your help kindness and warm conversation! Also aways makes me feel good to get compliments on my car from a shop that constantly services high end vehicles and I think just about every person I dealt with made me feel really proud with their kind words about how special of a vehicle I have here. Elite takes great care of my Audi Q5!

I have a Range Rover Evogue, and recently ran into a flurry of issues when I went to get my inspection. I originally had only an exhaust leak but when it was due to get repaired, one of my drive axles in front decided it was time to go. Then the exhaust leak was repaired and when time to get my sticker the engine light went on causing several issues at once to show up. The sticker was due May 1st but with all the delays was finally completed Aug 7 thanks to the crew here at Elite. Jake Kaplin would not take me in for service for a month and although I love the car and how well it drives, I would refrain from buying another if it wasnt for Elite. Thank You!!!

I have a 2009 Toyota Landcruiser purchased as a used car from a dealer in 2020. You never know exactly what the history and condition of your 'new car' is -- until you take it to Elite and have them do a thorough diagnostic of your vehicle. Elite goes through your car from windshield to tail-pipe documenting every major system and irregularity they find. This documentation is presented to you in an accessible format, it includes photos! that allows you to put together a repair plan that makes sense for you and your budget. The work I ordered was completed in a timely manner. My car was returned to me washed and dusted. I would absolutely recc.
