Elite fixed my car without having to buy a new part so it was much cheaper. They also got it back to me a day earlier than I expected. I've been using them since they opened and have NEVER had a bad experience

This was our first service with Elite for our 2010 Honda Accord. They did a great job. Even vacuumed the car!!! Off the hook for that... on my "Honey Do" list. Kept me in the loop with their texting/work order approval system. We dropped the car the night before and actually someone was still there after 5:00. Nice timing. Service manager, Mike, is a pleasure to do business with. Fun! When I went in to pick up the car, another tech from the garage area got right on it retrieving the car! Good service. No sitting around... customers first there. Car RI Inspection went fine. We'll go back with our Subaru Ascent in the future.

No one likes bringing their car to a mechanic, but at least the crew at Elite make it a little less painful. Top notch customer service and amazing knowledge in automotive repair. They are also very upfront in pricing and keep customers well informed of all issues. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Absolutely love Elite Auto, they’ve taken care of my BMWs for a few years now…I just bought a used BMW from BMW of Warwick and I had them do an evaluation of the car to see if I should buy it. The report they gave me had a detailed analysis of everything I needed to ask the dealer to take care of before committing to the purchase. Mike is the best! Elite Auto did a thorough examination of my vehicle a 2012 MB GLK350 and identified issues that I didn't know about. The extension of repairs needed was a big surprise and with that knowledge I can now make a proper decision as to the future of keeping my vehicle and making the repairs or moving on to another vehicle.
