Elite did a full inspection of my car then made recommendations that include gradients to let you know which repairs are needed most based on possible safety issues. You can pick what service you want done based on these recommendations and only get the work done that you want done. No pressure from Elite to have work done that may not need to be done right away. You can have the work done at a future date or at another facility if you want. Elite will always make sure that the work is done to your satisfaction.

Upon my first visit to Elite to get a timing chain estimate for an Audi A5, I spoke to Sam who was very personable and courteous. I subsequently followed up with a visit to discuss the timing chain issue and I met with Jim who was very knowledgeable and explained the timing chain issue and its impact on the internal damage to the engine. I very much enjoyed my discussions with Jim. As a result of the urgency of have the timing chain replace, I requested a loner vehicle and Sam indicated that a vehicle was expected to be returned later in the day. Sam called me before the end of the day and I dropped the Audi for the repair. When the repair was completed, I picked up the Audi and drove home and noticed a little vibration and I was concerned that there may be some internal damage to the engine, so I called and spoke to Sam who informed me to just bring back the vehicle and the technician will take for a road test. I later went for a road test with Nate and he assured me that there was no internal damage and that likely a tire balancing issue. Consequently as a result of my first service visit to Elite Auto, I was very much impressed with the knowledgeable professional service that I received. Everyone I dealt with was more than willing to answer my questions/concerns and didn't try to just brush them off. I will not hesitate to bring back the Audi for future automotive needs as well my Volkswagen Tiguan. Thank you for your service and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Was having an issue with my a/c and took my car to 3 different shops and none can figure it out . I decided Elite was the last shop I was gona go to before I went to the dealer, and they figured it out .. They are very professional , and I left their shop 100% satisfied ! Def recommend

Elite does a full inspection of your vehicle and emails you a report and YOU decide what you want fixed. I had a lingering issue with my vehicle that I took to my previous mechanic multiple times. Elite fixed it the first time!
