My experience with Elite was beyond excellent. I called with a challenging problem and they were the only mechanic shop in RI willing to help me. There was no doubt in my mind they could get the job done and they definitely did! The whole place is welcoming, communicative and professional. Stellar service! Top notch! No one better. Phenomenal staff. Knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, concerned, caring, understanding, talented…this team knows cars! They take the time to explain the situation in simple terms, using photos to illustrate needed repairs. The facility is incredibly clean and conveniently located. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will continue to have my Audi serviced here.
