It is good to be back at Elite for service on Charlene's '21 Es. It is likely the last great car we will own, so it makes sense for us to take the best possible car of it. The apparent level of service rendered was all that we would wish for. I say apparent as we weren't there to see everything that was done, but the excellent condition of the car returned to us (car wash was exceptional - almost a "detailed" experience!) reinforced the attitude of Elite toward their customers in supplying top shelf service.

Exceed my expectations and made my car show room condition. Best repair shop in all of New England and second place is not even close. You could not even compare any shop to Elite for quality of service and attention to detail. Simply put Elite is the best in all of New England and would recommend to anyone seeking quality of service and attention to detail. Elite is the only ones that are going to touch my families' cars and truck.

So you get the phone call, and you literally answer the phone with “Here’s the dreaded phone call… hi, Mike!” only to hear him respond with “No!!! Best phone call today!” … AND IT IS!!! Issue was repaired/corrected in NO time and then…. Yes….. For real……. I was told my total cost was $0.00 !!!!! When they say they back their work, and guarantee it, they f’n mean it. BEST PLACE/STAFF/SERVICE EVER.

If you can get honesty and service today without a song and dance, your doing something. You’ll always be happy at elite auto. Very efficient very professional. Thanks guys.

Friendly, professional service. It was our first service on our Mini. They did a thorough inspection, documented all findings, and clearly explained what they did. We will be back when needed! Much nicer to deal with than the big car dealers!

After much internal debate, I decided to give Elite a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and courteous response to my original email inquiry regarding some brake work on my Mercedes. Liking the estimate I received for the anticipated work, I dropped off my car for the scheduled work. The vehicle condition report was quite thorough, and we discussed what needed to be addressed, in addition to some brake work. The work was completed and actually came in a little under the original estimate and included a military discount. I will be reviewing my report again and scheduling some more services. Great job all around! Thanks!

Brought my car for loud exhaust noise. It was diagnosed and only the necessary piece was replaced. Customer service and contact is excellent. The Vehicle Condition Report is great in helping to see the areas inspected.

The staff at Elite are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very safe leaving my car with them because they are honest. Its always a pleasant experience at Elite!
