This is a very professional family business and I plan to bring my BMW back to Elite for future servicing. Sam kept in contact with me over the course of the three days that my vehicle was in the shop. He also offered to arrange a ride for me on pick-up day, if I needed one. That level of service stands out to me because I’ve never had a shop offer that before. They gave me a report that outlined all work completed as well as other preventative maintenance that they would recommend in the near future but I never felt any pressure from them to agree to more than I needed. I thought the price was fair for the amount of labor required. After I picked up the vehicle, the owner came out to the lot and introduced himself and thanked me for choosing Elite. All-in-all, nice people and a good experience.
