I am EXTREMELY happy to have found Elite, after 3 other establishments told me they couldn’t replace the battery in my MB. In addition to a fairly quick appointment, which was totally ON TIME, no wait! , Mike offered a complimentary full car diagnosis which showed 72 items GREEN, and 3 items RED, meaning FIX IMMEDIATELY! One item ( which they photograph!) was a 2 inch split on the interior of my pax front tire - I drive fast so my heart sank to realize I could’ve had a blow out at any time -and I wouldn’t have known this if fate hadn’t brought me to Elite. The required services were scheduled within a few days, and a complimentary loaner car was provided. I have no complaints whatsoever; nothing but compliments and praise for Mike, Carly and Cesar as well as the rest of the staff. Extremely professional, courteous, friendly and above all, no attempts to ‘up-sell’ you anything. Glad to call my new service/repair center Elite. Couldn’t recommend more highly: EXCEPTIONAL.

Elite is amazing! From the first phone call to pick up a After repairs. Courteous and transparent of the work needed and what was completed. Great idea of showing videos and the reports are detailed and informative! BEST experience and you cannot go wrong bringing your vehicle to Elite!
