It is good to be back at Elite for service on Charlene's '21 Es. It is likely the last great car we will own, so it makes sense for us to take the best possible car of it. The apparent level of service rendered was all that we would wish for. I say apparent as we weren't there to see everything that was done, but the excellent condition of the car returned to us (car wash was exceptional - almost a "detailed" experience!) reinforced the attitude of Elite toward their customers in supplying top shelf service.

Exceed my expectations and made my car show room condition. Best repair shop in all of New England and second place is not even close. You could not even compare any shop to Elite for quality of service and attention to detail. Simply put Elite is the best in all of New England and would recommend to anyone seeking quality of service and attention to detail.
