Hello “MK nukie” I’m sorry you feel this way and depending on what the quote was we do not like giving quotes over the phone especially on items that have been diagnosed by other shops or even the dealers. We do not fix anything on a vehicle based on another shops recommendations, because we have learned in the past if we were to fix something that was recommended by another shop and that fix be wrong. You will not be angry at the shop that diagnosed it, you would be angry at the shop that fixed it.
