The Elite team is elite! The service process is consistently efficient from drop off to pick up. My morning starts with the 8:00 AM drop off, a cup of coffee from lobby area, engaging and fun conversation with Brianna while awaiting the complementary ride to my office. When I was scheduled for my pick up that would have me arrive after hours Mike let me know he'd have my key in the drop box. The service from start to finish was top shelf. Nobody is ever excited to be at an auto repair facility so its the people that make the difference and Elite Auto Repair delivers. They are thorough and more profesional than many dealerships (I know first hand) they are thorough with diagnostics without needing hours upon hours to find out whats wrong. Rates are around what you would expect from a capable full service facility. They helped me make a crucial decision on my old Volvo. Give them try if you want dealer level specialty with independent value.

First time customer. Friendly greeting and genuinely listened to what I needed to have checked. They found the issue that another mechanic couldn't. The full inspection of the car was great and pointed out potential issues but did not pressure me to do. Would definitely use again and highly recommend
