Elite on my daughters' car a 2010 Audi Q5 3.2 AWD automatic transmission maybe 140000 miles. Elite notice an oil leak. They put dye in the motor and found a leak to come from the oil filter housing. Elite found a new Audi filter housing and repaired the leak. Also, noise coming from the water pump bearings. Replaced water pump, flushed the old coolant added new and put on a new serpentine belt. Also new pullies. It also had a leaking driverside headlight and passenger rear lower tail light lens. Elite found a good headlight and lower passager rear lens from a good auto salvage yard and replaced them. OMG valves making to much noise. Elite gave the car an oil treatment and the noise was gone, oh my. How could if forget Elite check the charging system. The car needed a new battery. Elite has the ASE intelligence for most vehicles. My only flaw is I had to pay twice for an oil change. Moral of this story. Don't take Audi's to oil change places that over-tighten the oil filter cap on the oil filter housing. It's plastic. Oh Well!
Thank you, Jeffrey for your great feedback we are glad to have serviced your daughters Audi Q5. We looks forward in seeing you in the future! We will share your feedback with the rest of the Elite team. We hope you have a healthy and happy New Year.
