Happy to return to elite. Service is way above Belise Honda where I purchased my car

I tend to get to the shop first thing in the morning. When I arrive I'm greeted with generous conversations that always set the day off right. This particular time was no different. Mike and Carly always show a very welcomed human side that makes the customer service top level. My vehicle had a challenge with the front tire. I planned on leaving the car but the resolution was a bad valve stem. They were able to get it fixed quickly while I waited. This service is typical and what I've come to expect with Elite. They consistently live up to the name ELITE! Thank you.

They were professional and honest. Which is different from the experience I have when I go to Audi. Audi quoted a completely different "repair" at an absorbent price. I'm planning on using Elite in the future.

Carly and Mike are so friendly and responsive! I called them in a panic when my car wouldn’t start and they immediately accepted my request to have my car towed to them. They have amazing communication, are very honest, professional and efficient. I cannot say enough about Elite Auto Repair, Inc right now. I was “lucky” enough to hit a crater on Rt 37 near them and blew out a tire, and it’s been less than an hour and Mike already has me in a loaner for the weekend as my new tire won’t arrive until Monday. I don’t care where you live, this place is great and I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to them! They’re on Post Rd., near the airport, and definitely worth the trip.
