For any BMW owners who are skeptical of taking their car somewhere new, do not be afraid to try this place. Yes you may read reviews they are pricey but with a pricey car comes pricey parts & labour. My poor car took on a pot hole and practically limped into their shop on life support. Not only were they upfront about the cost of repairs they tried everything in their power to not allow my bill to get to unbearably high. Unfortunately some extra parts had to be purchased, (no fault of their own, thankfully they took on my jokes with stride & laughed with me about it) Not only did they go above and beyond to help out and extremely pregnant mother to be they worked with my schedule and made sure i had a loaner available and delivered my car right to my job! They made payment options a breeze and thankfully under all the stress of our car being out of commission and and extremely unexpected bill they kept me from being too stressed out so i wouldn't go into labor 😅. Thank you elite for taking such good care of us & getting my car ready for the arrival of our little bean!

Cheap work isn't great and great work isn't cheap! I had the occasion to bring my 2010 S4 3.0T to Elite after being struck with 6 forward and 1 reverse neutrals. Although my scheduled appointment was a week out, they where accomidating and took her in early when it outright failed. They set to work on it as soon as possible, also discovering and repairing an oil leak deep in the engine. Unfortunatly a backorder issue stymied what was otherwise an efficient process. Once the parts came in, they set back on completeing the task. Delivered back clean and pristine! Kudos and great appreciation to the highly qualified techs who took on this bear of a job! We've already taken her on an extended trip and she is running better than ever! I highly recommend Elite Auto Repair to keep your fine machines running

I just went here for my first time after hearing some negative things said about the business. I’m a car collector and own many older Mercedes that I have routine repairs on. I used to go to another mechanic for over 30 years, but he’s much older now so he moves very slow. You will have to leave your car there for a month for it to get repaired so I tried out Elite. They did an excellent job on my Mercedes Benz at a decent cost. They found other issues that needed repair as well. They do a thorough auto check on the vehicles making sure you drive away safe.
