As usual, the service was exemplary. My appointment was for 9am and included a LOF, check the antifreeze status (low temp setting and quality), and top off all fluids. My service was completed by 1030am at which time I was advised of 3 problems--top 3rd brake light was out (RAV4), a slight brake noise from the rear brakes, and a slow leak in a tire due to a nail in a sidewall. Always good to know that in addition to my issues, my car will get a safety check and road test before leaving from a mechanic who has better eyes and ears than I do!

I went in for an oil change. The service was super quick and they also helped me keep track of some minor issues so I can take care of them down the line. They also took photos so I could see what they were talking about. This is the only shop I go to after going to the dealership for years. Elite is more informative, have better prices, and a super friendly staff who are there to help.
