I'm always astounded as to how good I'm treated here. If it wasn't just a business, I would seriously make it my hang out spot because everyone there is extremely helpful and pleasant. Mike is an absolute gift. He treats everyone with the utmost respect and makes everybody feel welcome. He knows everyone by name when they walk in and is truly accommodating. As to all of the techs, they do incredible work and always explain to me what they did or how they did it. This place is a true definition of a family operated business, because you feel like family from the moment you set in. Mike, the techs, owners, and the rest of the staff are absolute royalty and deserve to wear crowns every day they walk in that door.

I have an older Volvo XC 90 which needed a variety of repairs & updates. ELITE not only corrected all issues, but my car came back clean and shiny. Mike & Carly at the front desk are knowledgeable, polite & friendly. I highly recommend ELITE. Two thumbs up!

I found Elite Auto Repair, Through the internet. I was beyond impressed with their service, especially Mike Botvin attention to details. He instantly new I was a Grateful Dead fan😀. He was very concerned with my issues made sure we covered all the details, did not try to upsell me on anything, went over the whole car and showed other things that I didn’t even notice which I appreciated. And they clean the car for you when they give it back. I give them two thumbs up all the way thanks Mike and everybody else. Another great experience at Elite Auto Repair. I have been taking my car there for over 12 years and the service is always the best. Mike and Carly are so friendly and professional and go out of there way to always accommodate me whenever something needs repair. They are always honest and trustworthy, which means a lot today.

It was my first experience bringing one of my vehicles in to Elite Auto for service and I could not have been happier. I recently purchased a used convertible that I wanted to get the fluids changed on, as well as an inspection for any additional issues that may need to be addressed. Carly and Mike could not have been more helpful throughout the process and their online service report is extremely informative on an issues encountered while inspecting the vehicle. Elite also offered me a loaner vehicle, which I declined as it wasn’t a daily driver that was being repaired, but that was a great option to have if necessary. The prices were reasonable, especially for a shop that specializes in German automobiles. I will definitely be returning for an necessary repairs in the future.
