The people at Elite Auto are terrific! After I dropped off my car for service on my brakes, Ben in the office gave me a ride to my workplace. Carly at the front desk was always cheerful and upbeat and helpful with getting my questions answered. Mike and another car engineer were very positive in their interactions with me. And my car drives beautifully again! I am very happy with the service I received at Elite Auto, and look forward to bringing my car there again if it needs attention. Always outstanding service. I have been using Elite for nearly 20 years. This time around, I had considered purchasing a used vehicle. Prior to the purchase, however, I requested the mechanic inspect the car. The inspection was extremely thorough and very useful. They provided me enough information to learn that I really did not want to purchase that particular car. Saved me thousands. The shop makes every effort to accommodate my schedule. I am always very appreciative. As for my other cars, Elite has helped maintain them in excellent condition. Excellent at repairs as well as preventive maintenance. Highly recommended.

So terrible squeaking brakes on my Audi Q5. The folks checked it out and could of hit me with a $900 brake job. However, they said there was 6mm on the pads and the brakes were fine. Thank you for being honest. BTW the squeaking has gone away.

My alfa has been there go for 4 months I am. Very nervous about total. Cost already spent five thousand dollars!
