First class service from the moment I entered the door to picking up my vehicle.

We had a emergency situation and the guys at Elite got us right in. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got us back on the road the next day. We are a service company so being off the road means no money.

Been here before. I’ll be back again. This time around I was having some issues with me Audi and although I attempted to diagnose myself I gave Mike a call and he told me to just bring it and he would take care of me again. Of course he did. First thing Monday morning - appointment. Monday at noon - email with an entire evaluation of my car top to bottom. 2 pm - phone call with Mike to discuss options. During this time I had a Mercedes loaner car which was absolutely mint. Mike was keeping me updated all thru-out. Car was said to be done on Wednesday .... car was done on Wednesday. Now based on me having some issues with this car now I always talk to Mike about his professional opinion... “‘mike.. do I sell it and lease a new car or what?” Etc etc and he gives me the answer you would get from your father or something which is meaningful and you know he cares. Here is the icing on the cake.. I had an emergency work situation so when the car was ready I couldn’t find time to get there so Anthony drove my car to my home and picked up the loaner car for me. Mike took payment over the phone and we were all good. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HERE is that last year when I had my car in there for some major work Mike said to me “listen.. I’ve got this warranty program and I know it sounds gimmicky but for like $200 bucks ALL of the stuff we just fixed for you will now have sort of it’s own warranty...” Now me personally I used to work in the car business so at first I was skeptical but I’ve grown to trust Mike so much and I value his opinions so I did it. Well guess what. This last visit my Water pump was the reason... that is a 1500 job on an Audi at a dealership or something ..... but to make a long story longer ... because of that warranty I purchased the entire thing was covered. With that said, I picked a few other things off the diagnostics list that needed attention and I allocated the money towards those instead. My car is in top shape and as long as I keep taking it to Elite it will continue to be. THANKS GUYS LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

Elite auto repair is the best! I have been going there for years. I had to leave for a short time because my new car was under warranty and the services were included. So happy I am back!! They make you feel so comfortable there. So much better than going to a dealer. I recommend Elite to everyone! They are honest and they make you feel like family. Great to see Jim and the crew again!
