I would like to start by saying From the moment I walked through the door Mike Botvin didn’t make me feel uncomfortable he didn’t make me feel like a customer he made me feel like a friend. I would just like to take a moment as I run a large company I understand you usually only hear the bad. I have more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry and I’ve worked in every facet of the industry . So in the end I can tell you he made me feel like a friend because he treated me like a friend . No one in that building had any idea that an unnamed auto repair shop in Cranston bankrupt me more than 20 years ago by I don’t even know how to say it nicely screwing me six ways to Sunday ! I am very leery About recommending anyone under any circumstances . I WOULD AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE TO ANYONE! BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE TECH THAT FIGURED OUT WHAT SOME OF THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY HAD SCRATCHED THEIR HEADS AT ......BMW 650 I internal transmission fluid seal leak causing multiple engine codes transmission codes brake codes he must be a wizard 🧙‍♂️ Thanks Elite 👍
