Although I have not had my vehicle serviced there, I have delt with the staff and Jim. Fantastic bunch of people who are there for you in every aspect of automotive repairs. Politeness, knowledge, and care for your concerns. I will give them a 10 ☆ rating.

I just had my vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Repair. I can’t say enough for the services I received being that the car completely died on me and I had to have it towed to them. I don’t have a regular mechanic, and decided on Elite after calling several different repair shops but after speaking to the owner, Jim, I decided on them. I am widowed and not knowing much about cars, he took the time to explain different scenarios as to what it may be. This was enough to make me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle with him. The whole staff is so professional and courteous and kept me informed with pictures of each problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Heard about Elite from a friend and gave them a shot with my Mini Cooper with a transmission issue, from Brianna at the front desk to the tech who explained the issue were top notch. Unfortunately the result was a bad tranny but, I will be bringing my Audi convertible to be serviced here. thanks to all, Juan
